This website is offering interested parties to the ownership of Ecobaits Ltd including all rights to Gelamax 360, all developments to date including all recipes, equipment, logos, stationary, packaging, website etc. Also, with this comes my time, free of charge for two months (any longer, and a consulting fee of $100/hr applies) to coach/educate staff how to manufacture product and also assist in setting up production facilities. Manufacturing under contract (toll manufacturing) could be a consideration. This would save locating premises and manufacturing equipment costs. That said, the equipment is readily available, nor expensive or sophisticated. High production setup could cost between $130-$200K depending on the size of operation required.
The products Ecobaits Ltd have developed are diverse and in themselves could be separate stand alone businesses. Here’s an opportunity to acquire five businesses for the price of one.
To get to where Ecobaits Ltd is today has taken approximately twenty two years of trialing and testing including the cost to develop Gelamax 360 at approximately $200k. I sincerely believe Ecobaits Ltd has reached a pinnacle where product development is virtually complete. Yes, there will be minor improvements required along the way, as industry will demand this and ultimately benefit further Ocean Care. I have personally pushed Gelamax far beyond what the inventors expected or imagined. It is a fabulous product to work with and has been taken to its apex point at this stage. It’s worthy of a design award. The future and potential of Ecobaits Ltd is massive. With the continuing endorsement and relationship with MPI NZ Fisheries, their scientists, their enthusiasm and contacts with industry leaders etc will be of considerable assistance to ensure Ecobaits Ltd will become a world leader in the way fishing practices are improved to ensure fish sustainability and Ocean Care for the future.

That said, there was a set back for Ecobaits Ltd in that there was a change in government. NZ Fisheries were offering financial assistance to establish a commercial manufacturing plant. Unfortunately with the incoming new government, severe cuts were made and any financial assistance was no longer forth coming. It still may in the future...
Ecobaits Ltd has the potential to become a multi-million dollar business if done with the right people, having the passion, care and integrity.
